ENERGY IN MOTION

HARNESS YOUR ENERGY
This emotional spectrum can be a driving force for action and healing, but if we ignore or suppress our feelings, they can lead to challenges. Often, we may unintentionally avoid dealing with our emotions by engaging in addictive behaviors, aiming for perfectionism, judging ourselves harshly, or being critical of others.
Experts across nutrition, sports medicine, and endocrinology agree that much of our energy – approximately 70% – is emotional rather than physical.
Taking care of our emotional health is therefore crucial for our overall well-being and energy levels.
Breathing techniques are an essential tool in managing our emotional energy. By practicing breathwork, we can better regulate our emotions and tap into our inner energy reserves.
This breathwork deck offers you the tools to explore and benefit from the transformative power of your breath, leading you towards emotional balance and holistic health.

Inspiration Behind the Deck
My journey to creating this deck started from a place of deep frustration and a desire for change. I was tired of relying on destructive habits and external distractions to cope with my emotions. I needed a healthier, more sustainable way to manage my feelings.
Breathwork became my lifeline. It was through this practice that I found a powerful tool to harness my emotions and regain control over my life. This deck was born out of my own struggle and transformation. It’s a collection of 21 breath techniques and affirmations that have helped me navigate my emotional highs and lows.
Even now, I still use some external methods to cope, but with these practices, I have more control over my emotions and reactions. Creating this deck was a deeply personal journey, and I hope it serves as a guide for anyone looking to find balance and strength through the power of breath and visualization. This deck is more than just a tool; it’s a testament to the resilience we all have within us.
The word emotion comes from the Latin word emotere, which means "energy in motion".
